About us

Travel & Wildlife guides us in search of inspiring destinations and encounters with nature.

It must work the second time! Covid broke off the first attempt. But the many previous experiences in South America have left their mark. And now it’s time to start again.

As a carpenter, I swapped my overtime for days off to travel, visiting Southeast Asia, America and Europe. This time it’ll be South America again, but with much more time at my disposal. If I can also take photos and videos, then everything is perfect.

And to make sure I don’t get bored enjoying nature, my baby, the Land Cruiser, keeps me busy from time to time.

“What if I just join you?”

Plans can change that quickly. Maybe a bit spontaneous, but with enough travel experience myself, I joined the adventure. I thought it’d be helpful if at least one person spoke good Spanish ?

As a translator, I like to write and look after our texts when we’re not on the road. Or I devote myself to the little things that are part of everyday life: cooking, washing and resting.

Der Landcruiser in Argentinien

Teju

Our most faithful companion: the Toyota Land Cruiser.

It drives us over hill and dale, from A to B, over bridges and through rivers.  And hopefully doesn’t ever get stuck.

The name is rather tragicomic, as we have unfortunately already run over at least one teju (large lizard). So, in their honour.
